I’m Christopher Hornbaker—though most people just call me Chris.

 

I’ve been practicing law for years, but my passion for firearms and helping others protect what matters most is what led me to become one of the preeminent gun trust attorneys in the country. To date, I’ve drafted over 500 gun trusts for clients in more than 15 states.

I spend much of my time drafting trusts, educating clients, and speaking on firearms law, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Every conversation I have with a fellow gun owner or business is another chance to help people preserve their rights and safeguard what they love.

I’m a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming (Go Pokes!) and an active member of the Wyoming State Bar. My Wyoming roots run deep, but my practice extends far beyond state lines. I regularly partner with licensed attorneys across the country so that no matter where you live, you can get the protection and guidance you need.

When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me on the range, chasing the perfect grouping, or out in the field on a hunt. Those are the places I feel grounded—where law and lifestyle come together.
